Veteran Loyalty Rewards

To thank Vanguard players for their loyalty over the past years, we will granting a series of special rewards between now and the launch of Vanguard Free to Play. Your Way! These rewards will only be around for a limited time so tell your friends to log in and collect them.

The first set of rewards includes:

Title: "The Loyal"
Banshee Pet
Bracelet of Lucky Charms (IOD)

These rewards can be claimed by going to the Heralds of Telon in Khal, Ahgram, Tanvu, and New Targonor. Make haste because these rewards will only be around for a short time!

Keep an eye out for other loyalty rewards in the near future.

Quests

Lion Paws will now drop from more lions for the quest "The Hunter's League"
An issue with the King not appearing for the quest "Drawing out the King" has been fixed
Ini-herat the Attendant has been turned back on

Items

Food has been revamped to be significantly more useful
Karax has had the level on his items increased to 59
Shirt of Decayed Flesh has had its Melee Strikethrough Chance converted to Spell Strikethrough Chance

We will bring the Vanguard servers offline on Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. PDT* (San Diego time) for major server maintenance. The game servers will be unavailable for about 12 hours. We do not have an update scheduled for this week due to this maintenance.

We apologize for this interruption and will open the servers once the maintenance is completed.

We will bring the Vanguard servers offline on Wednesday, April 18, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. PDT* (San Diego time) for a Game Update to make improvements to a few quests and items. The game servers will be unavailable for about 2 hours!

Status Update: The servers are not expected to unlock until 12 noon PDT. We will post another status update if that timeframe changes.

Status Update 11:41 am: The servers are not expected to unlock until 1:00 PM PDT* due to unconnected maintenance taking place in addition to the Game Update. We will post another status update if that timeframe changes.
