Hier sind die Startboni auf Skills der jeweiligen Rassen. Außerdem noch etwas ausführlicher die verschiedenen Spezialfähigkeiten.
Ich meine mal gelesen zu habe, dass der Startwert ohne die Boni bei 15 liegt. Ein Argonier beispielsweise würde demnach mit 25 Schlösser knachen, 20 Wiederherstellung, Veränderung, Leichte Rüstung, Schleichen sowie Taschendiebstahl und 15 in allen restlichen Skills starten.

Sparks : Lightning that does 8 points of shock damage to health and magicka per second.
Altmer also start with...
Fury : Creatures and people up to level 6 will attack anything nearby for 30 seconds.
